China Hazelnuts industry
Hazelnuts in China are primarily cultivated in northern and northeastern regions, where the climate and soil conditions are favorable. The Chinese hazelnut industry has seen significant development in recent years, driven by both domestic demand and export potential.

Roasted hazelnut inshell
At HWC, we only select the largest raw inshell hazelnuts, caliber ranging from 2-2.5cm. Then nuts are cracked with an opening and roasted with ovens which allows you to open it with hands easily.
